Beto Campos is a digital illustrator who works in a wide variety of fields, from advertising to concept art for movies and video games, and a wide variety of styles, from the overly exaggerated cartoon like image you see on the left to extremely detailed and realistic images. This illustrator, from Brazil, had his start studying and creating fine art pieces at the age of 12 and as a child prodigy had his first showing at the age of 14. This artist has amazed me time and time again with his ability to really get any idea across regardless of the medium or the style. He can work in any setting and add a lot of his own taste into the piece he is creating. This image on the left is one of my favorites of his work. I tend to prefer his cartoon style to his realistic concept or fine arts work. I find this piece particularly enjoyable because of its well developed sense of humor and its absurdity while still being a believable and respectable piece.
