This piece is called Message d'Amour des Dauphins, created by Sandro Del-Prete in 1987. I guarantee most of us in this class would have seen the two couples being intimate with each other in this illustration when in fact there are nine dolphins in this illustration. It's one of those illusions where you see two different images like the bunny or the duck or the old or young woman. I actually came in contact with this image in my introduction to psychology class where my instructor tested all of us on what we had seen in the picture. She explained how children would most likely be unable to identify the couple and would only see the nine dolphins. It is because they do not have prior memory associated with such a scenario. So in a way, this illustration proves if you are still innocent or not. Which did you see first?
