One of my favorite online comic artist is Scott Ramsoomair. Although he's not very good at meeting deadlines for weekly updates, i've been following his comic for a few years. His comics are usually about video games or movies and all the strips have a few reoccurring characters. (Like Aeris or Leo the cats). He also has a lot of parodies on the gaming industry which are pretty cool. Overall I enjoy reading his comics because of the ridiculous humor associated with a lot of my childhood game characters. (like the Pokemon and Zelda franchises)
