I was really into his artwork, so I went back and picked up the other issues he did the art for.<br />His watercolor stuff is really something else.Mike Mulveyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01497993823671840846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3124378925641768768.post-90789507139174381212011-03-02T12:21:20.519-08:002011-03-02T12:21:20.519-08:00I never heard of this arts before but the art work...I never heard of this arts before but the art work really stands out. The water color, airy feel of both of the piece is really nice. And I love the use of line, especially in the second piece that alows the figure and the text to blend in and at the same time really accent the illustration. I think I really caputures Batman who always has a sort of illusory characteristic.Henry Warrenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08757051828308770255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3124378925641768768.post-44167338515104402032011-03-01T14:26:14.717-08:002011-03-01T14:26:14.717-08:00The soft glow in the stain glass seems to be an ex...The soft glow in the stain glass seems to be an excellent exploitation of the properties of watercolor. I love how the figure has lots of whitish highlights that don't look unbearably shiny, like a lot of the digital work out there.Alex Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16964354269288427210noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3124378925641768768.post-54675278982869789642011-03-01T08:56:08.246-08:002011-03-01T08:56:08.246-08:00The stain glass aspects are amazing! I am glad you posted two images, because the first shows he is capable of handling realistic shading and rendering, while the second looks totally abstract and deco. His composition is quite good, and I like the watercolor look of his coloring.Ali Cantarellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06950241952737668777noreply@blogger.com
