I love some of the more realistic portraits she's started doing more recently, but some of my favorites are still the images where she uses crazy texture in contrasting color to the colors of the figure. I agree with Olga, her colors and textures are really unique.Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10175292802721345594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3124378925641768768.post-58566322830544101902011-03-01T07:25:48.071-08:002011-03-01T07:25:48.071-08:00I like her style even though it's verging on t...I like her style even though it's verging on the anime style. I really like her use of color and the dream like sense she gives to her art.Thomas Solomonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18063434119034548592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3124378925641768768.post-36344273491511961102011-03-01T06:12:44.162-08:002011-03-01T06:12:44.162-08:00I find myself drawn to the middle piece the most a...I find myself drawn to the middle piece the most and I think it's because of the underlying story. Right away I thought that she was running away from home, although it's quite difficult to really know how old she is. She's calmly listening to music while holding her pet fish. The blank stare on her face is quite intriguing as well as the overall perspective of the piece.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3124378925641768768.post-34449772467974713152011-02-28T11:17:09.409-08:002011-02-28T11:17:09.409-08:00I like the pretty green color of the bird on the l...I like the pretty green color of the bird on the last picture. Also, the ribbons on the girl that also go through the scenery make the piece look somewhat surreal.Sloanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11891646303956400970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3124378925641768768.post-15633934356324165922011-02-28T10:48:07.234-08:002011-02-28T10:48:07.234-08:00I like Loish's art. Her pieces are usually pretty simple, but there is something whimsical about her work that is really charming.Olga K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04717009635634161938noreply@blogger.com
